This started with my sons loft bed and problem of he did not want to sleep up at the top anymore but with it getting colder I could not have him sleeping on the floor. So we started this project to make it possible for him to sleep under the bed but not on the floor. And then we took the top or should I say my husband carpeted the top and made it a game area so Michael can play his gamecube up there. It is really nice. Know onto the next project which will be a dresser, desk and shelving unit on the other side of Michaels room.

WOW!!!! I just showed my husband and we were both floored, how cool is that bed?? I want one! haha The top with the carpet and sitting area and computer area, is a great idea! Did he build the whole bed? We might hire him to do Katie one hehe :)

Well, we had a friend build the actual bed but then we converted it, but he is planning on building on for ours. LOL, I think he would do it, but not sure.
Great job! Wow, that's a neat bed! What a cool play area at the top, any kid would love that! (or adult, hee hee)
